Kök Vases 00/50

Sale price$400.00

It is a limited edition vase series produced by ceramic artist Yalçın Yeşiltepe. This series of vases was exhibited at the 1000 vases exhibition at Paris-Gallery Joseph and by the İsola Design Community in Milan-Italy.

The design, which stands out with its striking Terracotta appearance on the vase surface, adds a modern sculptural atmosphere to its environment.

Unique in each piece, the series of vases was inspired by sculptor Anish Kapoor's Cloud Gate. Each minimal piece is unique and has no variation. A number is written on the bottom of each vase to indicate that it is unique.

This natural terracotta vase, which can be used with dried flowers or ivy-style living plants, exhibits a sculptural stance as an object with its artistic stance. The form, surface movements and dynamic stance of the vase provide an inspiring timelessness.

"Kök vases", which is the name of the vase series, means "root vases" in Turkish. I decided to give this minimal name to the series because of the philosophy of the work and the surface movements of the form."

In addition, when the terracotta shine on its surface and the contemporary form are combined, it gives the vase an antique and vintage look.

It is aimed to create a tactile and sensory bond for the user by ensuring that each piece gives birth to different emotions and characters within the texture, space, fullness, and soft and hard relationships that are consciously created on the surface.

Perfect idea to buy an art gift for your friends, anyone who wants to open art to their home, office, living room, or garden.

I go through a lot of palo santo all year, but particularly during the cold weather seasons. I have left burn marks on several tables because of this. Rather than suffer through my mistakes, I suggest you get this stunning little ceramic palo santo chimney burner. I don’t know of a cuter way to bring good vibes and good scents to your home, while preventing the slow decline of your furniture and—let’s face it—the possible immolation of your entire home. My bad. Be safe out there.
