Your cargo will be prepared within 24 hours after your order is received. After you deliver your order to the cargo company, you will be able to see from the tracking number that your cargo has departed within 24 hours.
Please note that other International orders, excluding our US shipments, may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other fees imposed by customs authorities of the destination country. These additional costs are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
Payment
Unfortunately, you cannot currently pay directly from our website with your Paypal account or Apple Pay information. You can see the logos of the payment systems valid on our site at the bottom of our page.
You can easily pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Iyzico and American Express cards.
We can only accept payments from all over the world in dollars.

Products details and Care advices
As Yel Studios, we produce our products with great care to ensure that their quality lasts for a long time. Here are some tips tailored to each type that will help you preserve our handmade ceramic products, glazed and unglazed, for as long as possible.
- GLAZED ITEMS
Glazed censers, incense burners and other items may occasionally be susceptible to light stains. Regular washing can help remove and prevent staining.
We recommend hand washing for best results. However, it can be placed in the dishwasher using the gentle/low heat setting to remove stubborn stains. Alternatively, you can soak the product in a bowl of warm water with detergent tablets.
For very stubborn stains and stains, diluted chlorine and limescale remover can sometimes be effective.
- UNGLAZED ITEMS
To ensure the longevity of your unglazed stoneware ceramic products, please follow the care instructions below:
Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads as they can scratch the surface. It will be sufficient to remove the dust of unglazed products with a damp cloth.
Do not leave unglazed items in water for long periods of time and allow the items to cool before submerging them in water. Avoid sudden temperature changes as this may cause cracking.
Store unglazed products in a dry place to prevent moisture build-up. Use our unglazed incense burners and oil burners in a place out of reach of children for long-term use. The product will be too hot to handle. For this reason, do not rush to maintain and keep the product. By following these simple care instructions, you can preserve the beauty and durability of your stoneware for years.
All our products (incense burners, censers, candlesticks, picture palettes, vases) are produced in precious Istanbul, the historical and modern city of Turkey. In our small business, all products are handcrafted by Yel Studios' boutique team.

We use different types of clay (smooth, burnished, textured). All our stoneware clays come from the most valuable German companies. Our ceramic clays are taken from traditional regions of Turkey such as Bilecik, Kınık and Cappadocia, which have been continuing the ceramic village tradition for centuries.
There is no customization in product options yet. However, if you have a customization request about our products, you can quickly contact us through our customer service team.
